AI Chat

AI Chat

Overview

AI Chat is a conversational assistant that helps you create videos and images directly from a chat interface. Instead of navigating to each feature page, you can describe what you want in natural language, attach images or audio when needed, and approve generations with one click. All generations use the same credit system and appear in your workspace history.

What You Can Do in Chat

  • Quick Video: Describe your video idea; add an actor image when the assistant asks. Approve to start generation (1080p).
  • Premium Video: Same flow with higher-quality video options.
  • Lip Sync Video: Provide an actor image and your voice (audio). The assistant will ask for audio if you haven’t attached it.
  • Image Craft: Attach a base image (and product image for “add product” edits). The assistant uses your image’s aspect ratio when you approve.
  • Skin Craft: Attach a portrait image and ask for skin enhancement.
  • General questions: Ask what the assistant can do, how credits work, or how to use a feature.

Using AI Chat

Opening Chat

  1. From the dashboard or navigation, open AI Chat (or Chat).
  2. You’ll see a list of conversations on the left and the active thread in the center.
  3. Type your message in the composer at the bottom and press Enter or click Send.

Managing Conversations

  • New conversation: Start typing or use the new-chat action; a new thread is created.
  • Switch conversation: Click a conversation in the left sidebar to open it.
  • Rename: Open the menu (e.g. three dots) on a conversation and choose Rename. Enter the new title and save.
  • Delete: Open the menu on a conversation and choose Delete. Confirm to remove the conversation and its messages.

Sending Messages and Attachments

  • Type your request in plain language (e.g. “Make a video of a woman on the beach” or “Enhance the skin in this photo”).
  • When the assistant needs an image or audio, attach files using the attachment area in the composer.
  • You can attach multiple images; the assistant will refer to them as needed (e.g. “first image”, “product image”).

Approving a Generation

When the assistant has everything it needs, it will summarize what it will do and ask you to confirm (e.g. “Yes, do it” or “Approve”):

  • Videos: Premium-style videos use 1080p; lip-sync videos use portrait full HD (1080×1920) by default when appropriate.
  • Image Craft: If you selected an image, the aspect ratio of that image is used for the generation when you approve.
  • Credits: Credits are deducted when you approve, just like on the feature pages. Failed jobs may be refunded according to the credit refund policy.

Click the approval button to start the job. A job card will appear in the thread showing progress; when it finishes, you can view, download, or use the result in the next step.

Job Cards in the Thread

  • In progress: Progress bar and status; you can cancel if the feature supports it.
  • Completed: Preview (video player, image, or audio), plus options to download or use in the next message.
  • Failed: Error message; credits may be refunded. You can retry from chat or from the feature page.

Tips

  • Be specific about what you want (e.g. duration, style, “add this product to the image”).
  • When the assistant asks for an image or audio, attach it and send; you can say “use this one” or leave the message empty.
  • Rename conversations so you can find them later (e.g. “Beach ad – Quick Video”).
  • All chat-driven generations appear in Global History and use the same workspace credits as the rest of the platform.
