Viewing History

Overview

The History section provides a unified view of all your generated content across all features. You can view, organize, search, filter, and manage all your videos, images, and audio files in one place.

Accessing History

Desktop

History Panel:
- History panel is typically visible on the right side of the dashboard
- Shows a list of your recent generations
- Scroll to see more items
History Button:
- Some features have a history button or tab
- Click to view history specific to that feature

Mobile

History Sheet:
- Tap the history button in the bottom navigation
- A sheet slides up showing your history
- Scroll to browse all items

History Tabs

The history is organized into tabs by content type:

All Tab

Purpose: Shows all videos and images (excludes audio-only items)
Use Case: Get a complete overview of all your content
Content: Videos from all video features and images from all image features

Images Tab

Purpose: Shows only image generations
Content: Images from Image Craft, Skin Craft, and other image features
Use Case: Focus on your image content

Videos Tab

Purpose: Shows only video generations
Content: Videos from Quick Video, Premium Video, Motion Craft, Storyboard, Craft Lip Sync
Use Case: Focus on your video content

Audio Tab

Purpose: Shows audio files
Content: Audio generations and uploads
Use Case: Manage audio content separately

History Item Display

Each item in history shows:

Thumbnail

Preview: Small preview image of the content
Status Indicator: Visual indicator for processing, completed, or failed status
Click: Click thumbnail to view full details

Information

Title: Name or description of the generation
Feature: Which feature created the content (Quick Video, Image Craft, etc.)
Date: When the content was generated
Tags: Tags associated with the item (if any)

Status Badges

Processing: Yellow/orange badge - generation in progress
Completed: Green badge - generation successful
Failed: Red badge - generation failed

Actions

View: Click to view full details and preview
Download: Download the content
Delete: Remove from history
Retry: Retry failed generations (if available)

Viewing Item Details

Click on Item:
- Click any history item to open the detail view
- Full preview appears in a modal
Detail View:
- Large Preview: Full-size preview of the content
- Information: Complete details about the generation
- Settings Used: Generation settings and parameters
- Download: Download button
- Actions: Additional actions available
Close:
- Click outside the modal or close button to return to history

Downloading Content

From History List:
- Click the download icon on any completed item
- File downloads to your computer
From Detail View:
- Open the item detail view
- Click the download button
- File downloads in original format

Organizing History

Search

Search Bar: Use the search bar to find specific items
Search by Title: Search by item titles or descriptions
Real-time: Search filters as you type

Infinite Scroll

Load More: History uses infinite scroll
Automatic: Scroll down to automatically load more items
Pagination: Items load in batches as you scroll

Status Indicators

Processing

Visual: Yellow/orange badge or spinner
Meaning: Generation is in progress
Actions: Wait for completion, cannot download yet

Completed

Visual: Green badge or checkmark
Meaning: Generation successful
Actions: Can view, download, and use the content

Failed

Visual: Red badge or error icon
Meaning: Generation failed
Actions: Can retry (if available), view error message, or delete

Filtering History

By Status

All: Show all items regardless of status
Completed: Show only successful generations
Processing: Show items currently being generated
Failed: Show failed generations

By Feature

All Features: Show content from all features
Quick Video: Show only Quick Video generations
Premium Video: Show only Premium Video generations
Image Craft: Show only Image Craft generations
Motion Craft: Show only Motion Craft generations
Storyboard: Show only Storyboard generations
Craft Lip Sync: Show only Craft Lip Sync generations
Skin Craft: Show only Skin Craft generations

By Tags

Tag Filter: Select a tag to filter by
Tagged Items: Shows only items with that tag
Multiple Tags: Some views support filtering by multiple tags

By Search Query

Search Bar: Enter text to search
Matches: Shows items matching your search
Real-time: Filters as you type

Clearing Filters

Clear All: Button to clear all active filters
Individual Filters: Clear individual filters by selecting "All" or clearing search
Reset View: Returns to default unfiltered view

Tips for Using History

Organization

Use Tags: Tag items as you create them for easy organization
Descriptive Names: Some features allow naming - use descriptive names
Regular Cleanup: Delete unwanted items to keep history clean

Finding Content

Search First: Use search to quickly find specific items
Filter by Feature: Use feature filter to narrow down results
Use Tags: Tag important items for quick access

Managing Failed Items

Review Errors: Check error messages for failed items
Retry: Retry failed generations if the option is available
Delete: Remove failed items you don't need

Troubleshooting

Items Not Showing

Check Filters: Ensure filters aren't hiding items
Check Status: Verify items are completed (processing items may not be visible immediately)
Refresh: Refresh the page to reload history

Download Issues

Check Status: Ensure item is completed (cannot download processing or failed items)
Try Again: Retry download if it fails
Check Connection: Ensure internet connection is stable

Performance Issues

Limit Filters: Too many active filters may slow down loading
Clear Search: Clear search queries when not needed
Scroll Gradually: Don't scroll too quickly to allow items to load
